a) LYE Series Engine Oil regeneration System
Application:
LYE series is designed for recycling kinds of engine oil used in ships, cars and other vehicles. It not only can remove the carbon particles, deep oxides, etc., but also can filter off the harmful matters such as colloid, bitumen. After treated by the machines, the oil color looks like the new and the quality indexes are improved also, so as to resume the performance of engine oil, keep the engine being lubricated, guarantee lubricating system of engine to work properly and prolong service life of engine oil.
Features:
1. Fine precision filtering material, with excellent mechanical strength and long service life, which is anti-erosion and anti-hi-temperature, with high performance of removing fine particles in the contaminated oil.
2. Completely removing water content and harmful gases from the contaminated oil.
3. Manually/automatically removing residual impurities from the machine, which is easy to operate and on the safe side.
4. The mixture of gases drawn out via vacuum system is condensed and dewatered by forced air, which improves the effective output power of the machine and prolongs the service life of vacuum pump.

b) Serie ZYD-I Transfomer Oil Purfier
The Zhongneng Oil regeneration system (Series ZYD-I) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers especially for the power, which is over 110KV. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. The ZYD-I system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After treating, the oil can be reused as new. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.
c) Turbine Oil Purification Machine
This oil purification plant is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. This product, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurities, aim at turbine oil’s nature of high water content, easy emulsifiable and high impurity content, and make the oil recover the new oil’s nature.
d)Serie TYA Lubricating Oil Purifying Machine
Model TYA oil purification plant can fast degas, dewater, and remove the impurity and the volatile matter (for example ethyl alcohol, gasoline, ammonia and so on). Enhances the oil quality, restores the lubricating oil viscosity, flash point and improves the oil capability. Guaranteed the hydraulic system, dynamic system and lubricating system running normally.
